EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE ANTICORROSION WRAPS FOR PIPE REPAIR, PROTECTION AND REINFORCEMENT

LAMINAR offers a wet lay-up system, wrapped helicoidally around the pipe in order to bring the mechanical resistance to the damaged pipe part. The number of layers is determined by calculation, linked not only to the pipe working pressure, temperature, diameter and thickness but also to the pit depth and length, the steel grade and the environment. 

A Composite Repair System consists of carbon fiber fabric and epoxy resins, ideal solution to repair and strengthen corroded pipeline walls on the spot. SAFE, FAST, NO hot work, NO special tools, NO welding.

The repair procedure and material requirements are calculated carefully and tailored for each repair job in according to ASME B31G, ISO 24.817 and ASME PCC-2 codes and standards.

It can also be used as protection for coated pipes.
