Durable Heat Shrinkable Sleeves for Reliable Pipeline Protection

A range of Heat shrinkable wrap-around sleeves have been specifically designed for corrosion protection of girth weld joint of buried steel pipelines, suitable for use with continuous operating temperature of up to 60℃ in wet conditions (as verified by hot water immersion testing) and fully compatible with 3-layer PE factory applied pipeline coating. The sleeve is suitable for ambient conditions where the black body temperature of pipe and coatings can reach up 65℃. 

Excellent multifunctional adhesive allow for lower installation pre-heat temperature and super bonding to PE, PP and FBE, offers fully resistant to shear forces induced by soil and thermal movements. Saves time & cost by lower preheat temperature, wet epoxy primer application.
