Faq
What is the difference between TPU and PVC frames?
TPU is lighter, more flexible in cold conditions, and offers excellent abrasion resistance. PVC is heavier, extremely robust, and often more cost-effective for long-term or high-frequency use.
Can the shelter be used in winter or extreme heat?
Yes. Material options include cold-crack resistance down to -30°C and UV-reflective treatments for hot climates.
How many people are needed to set it up?
Two to three people can deploy a standard 6×8 m shelter. Larger units may require four.
Is training provided?
Yes—we provide onsite deployment training and instructional videos for all customers.
What if the shelter gets punctured?
Each kit includes a field repair patch. Major repairs can be completed by our service team.
Can we customise the layout?
Yes. We offer design services for custom footprints, multiple rooms, specialised ports, and integrated systems.
